Grandmother taught us to use only the best ingredients to achieve the best cake; our carrot cakes use only fresh carrots, fresh new crop pecans, premium ingredients. Wonderful to slice and eat with New Orleans Praline Coffee for dessert, afternoon snack or mid-morning pick me up. Grandpa and the kids like carrot cake sliced, toasted and slathered with butter for breakfast.
